Worship at Faith Lutheran

10:00 AM Worship Service
We are a "liturgical church," meaning we follow a calendar of seasons for our worship that includes Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, and Pentecost. We honor a number of feast days throughout the year with special services, such as the Baptism of Our Lord, Ash Wednesday, Reformation Sunday, and others. We use the Revised Common Lectionary schedule as a guide for choosing lessons and preparing worship services. We also have a “Praise Service” on the second Sunday of every month, except during Lent and Advent. For those worship services, we sing more songs, use songs that are newer, and put some variety into the liturgy. Every time we gather our goal is to worship God; remember the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, our Lord; and by the work of the Holy Spirit equip all who assemble to “Go in Peace, and Serve the Lord.”

Children are a part of our worship services and are included in every aspect of worship as age allows.
