Worship at Faith Lutheran:

Worship is the center of our church life, and we are comfortable using the "Green book" Lutheran hymnal, along with the new "With one Voice", as well as our own contemporary service once a month. We provide a Nursery for youngsters 3 and under during worship each Sunday. Sunday School classes for all ages are held at 8:45 AM each week. In the hot summer months, we take a welcomed break from Sunday School for a few weeks. We value highly the education of youth and adults as we prepare for service and life in our world. Vacation Church School has been a part of our educational program, and is usually held for one week in the evenings. A variety of ideas and approaches have been used from year to year. Both adults and kiddos enjoy this activity for the elementary grades. An Adult Choir meets for practice during the Sunday School hour each week. We are always seeking new voices - and you don't have to be an opera star -just have a desire to sing. Holy Communion is celebrated the first and third Sundays of each month, with the addition of every Sunday communion during Advent and Lent. All who are baptized Christians are welcome to share Communion with us. We believe that Jesus is truly present in the simple elements of bread and wine as we share them. Grape juice is available, also.
